Get checked.: Fatigue and loss of appetite can have many causes. You need to be seen to make sure you don't have anemia, or a thyroid problem, or other physical problems causing your symptoms. Do it soon, so you can find out what is going on and get it taken care so you can feel better!

Fatigue,malaise: You certainly sound as if you have some underlying fatigue and malaise. Increased lethargy (tiredness) can occur for many reasons from a simple often minor underlying depression to medical/metabloic causes such as thyroid disease, anemia, viruses, etc. If your severe tiredness continues, see the Doctor.
