Perioscopy is a fast, non-surgical treatment for periodontal disease. why is it very difficult to find a dental office that has this endoscope?

Dental scope: I have never hear of perioscopy in dentistry. Maybe it is periodontal surgery done under a microscope.this is not needed, periodontal surgery can be accomplished with dental loupes like most dentists have. This is probably a higher fee for no better treatment. If you are talking about a root canal then a microscope can help for difficult cases. Every endodontist Has a endoscope for root canals

Periodontist: Your periodontist needs to feel that the capital investment in this technology will benefit his/her practice and patients. In addition, the technology may reduce the need for surgery, but there are no guarantees. A list of offices offering this service can be found via the below link: http://www.perioscopyinc.com/perioscopy-technology.php
