No and no: If Hepatitic C viral nucleic acid was not detected, you do not have active infection and your baby is not at risk and do not need c-section for this issue.

I received testing for hep b and hep c approximately 45 days after intercourse. (hep b surface ag w/refl confirm) (hep c ab w/refl to hcv rna,qn,pcr). Was this sufficient time for positive results to show up or should I have waited longer?
