Yes!: It is very safe--in fact, i would insist one of my patients stay on the Suboxone especially if they were going to go through the interfuron therapy. It is bad enough trying to go off Suboxone without having hepatitis or being on the interfuron! just make sure your doctor keeps up with your lft's. Good luck!

Yes: It is safe to stay on Suboxone with new diagnosis of hepatitis c. Most patients will stay on Suboxone during treatment of hepatitis c. The key is closed monitor of your liver functions.
