Accurate: Negative hcv RNA qualitative test means no circulating hep c virus. If the antibody test for hep c is also negative, it would mean no exposure to hep c.

I had a blood exposure in April 2021. I took a 4th gen HIV test in July, August, September and October. I also took a HIV RNA by PCR test in October. All were negative. Are these considered conclusive or should I retest? I tested neg for HCV too?
