High monocytes: does this mean it's more likely cml or cll?

Need to see all the : Results. How high is the count? What does the blood smear look like? A mild elevation of monocytes probably is not indication of any disease. Please note that all lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and your doctor is in the best position to do that.
