With a leukemia, if many of the bad cells are suddenly destroyed with treatment, one can get a tumor lysis syndrome in which decreased kidney function can cause high bun.

CLL: Chronic lyphocytic leukemia can cause accelerated cell turn over. Especially if one of the rare individuals who are being treated. Can lead to high urea. Cll can cause organ involvement including kidneys. Best to discuss with your doctor.
