Infection/irritation: Good that you are seeing your doctor. In the mean time, see if you can pay attention to anything that brings it on, such as diet or activity. Also, call ahead of time, like today, and ask if you can have a urine test done before the appointment, or move the appointment up to a sooner date. Hope this helps!

Can the burning after pee sensation in perineum be due to kidney stones? Even if no other symptoms are there? Doc noted could be stones in distal area but unlikely because I have no back pain or blood in urine.From my understanding its still likely?
