Stress & normal?: Most people think of "stress" as a type of tension or anxious feeling. It can show up in tense, sore muscles; rapid heart rate, palpitations, dry mouth; sweaty palms; feelings of irritability, worry, or dread; sometimes panic. One can have more headaches, and more frequent colds. Some also experience digestive problems like belly cramps and diarrhea. Sleep disturbances are also common.
