Is there any otc meds that is avail for constant migraines that never goes away.

Ask druggist: It's worth asking the druggist, but there may not be one that will succeed. It none do, see a Dr. It may not be a true migraine, w/o a Dx it might only be a bad chronic headache. Best idea is to see a Dr, but try what you can too.
