Pleurisy?: The pain due to pleurisy is worse on deep inhalation breathing.You may have musculoskeletal pain but if you are concerned about pleurisy see your doctor and he can examine you and order chest xray if he suspect pleurisy.On exam on auscultation you can hear a pleural rub most of the time and xray wil confirm it or rule out pleurisy.See your doctor asap.
