Im going to a neneurologist for neuropathy in my feet. what should i expect on my first visit? how can he tell how severe it is?

New patient exam: Certainly the neurologist will ask you many questions,followed by a hands on exam. You may be asked to have a nerve conduction test. That is one way to determine how severe your problem is. Your degree of pain is also a good indicator of severity.
