Work as a family: Commit your home to becoming a healthy food and exercise home for all that live in it. This should not feel like punishment, it should be a decision to improve the lives and health of the family as a whole. Clear the house out of all excess junk foods and high calorie snacks. Give yourselves a guilt free cheat day once every 2-4 weeks too. You will have earned it!
