Fertility ?'s: At age 44, pregnancy is usually rare, but can occur. Get a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist, or ask your gyn physician about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to make sure your tubes are open, to give you the best chance of conceiving. If your periods are regular, there is still hope !
