Foreign body: Keep the area well irrigated. If the pain persists see your doctor. It is unlikely this would cause infection unless he has one. It may be more likely related to irritation or a foreign substance in your eye. All the best.

Clarify: Was 'umm' supposed to be 'cum'. If he ejaculated in your eye with subsequent pinkness - would recommend flushing with sterile saline or water.
