Burst blood vessel: Take a look at Google or similar search engines for "subconjunctival hemorrhage." These bright red spots are alarming but harmless. It will resolve the same way any other bruise does. They are more common in people with very high blood pressure, or increases in pressure from vomiting, severe coughing, etc. Please refill your medicines!
