Not at all normal: Men generally stop growing between ages 18-21 when the growth plates on their bones close. Growing at age 27 is very rare and highly suggestive of an overactive pituitary gland, usually caused by a benign pituitary tumor. This is readily treatable but should be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible. See your family doctor or internist.
