Chest pain: Chest pain with symptoms like yours, especially if you have family history of cardiac disease, or if you were a smoker, you should get to troponins checked (Troponins our heart enzymes). A baseline EKG would be helpful. But chest pains can also happen because of gastric, musculoskeletal, anxiety, costochondritis.
