3 causes.: One cause of genital warts outbreaks in men and women is a weakened immune system. To strenghten avoid stress, do not smoke, drink , use drug and take enough sleep. Another possible cause of outbreaks is a poor diet. If your diet is poor take a multivitamin a day. It is believed that foods containing high amounts of arganine may trigger outbreaks of genital warts. Avoid this king food.

Immunity issue: Unfortunately HPV is not one of those viruses that is easily cleared from the body. HPV 6 & 11 cause genital warts, which can affect the anus a well. Despite treatment, the virus can lie dormant and when your immunity decreases, can flare. Make sure you get tested for any other STI's (including HIV), avoid smoking/tobacco, get good sleep, and eat healthy.
