HPV prevention: Even with highest risk HPV types, cancer is rare. When it happens, it's rare before age 40. Stress does not increase the risk of HPV or of progression to cancer -- no worries there. Get vaccinated against HPV, if not already done. Vacctionation prevents infection with the 9 HPV types that together cause 90% of cancers and 90% of genital warts. And follow your doctor's pap smear reecommeddations.

Unlikely.: The most fertile time of the month is about 2 weeks from the start of your period assuming that you have a period every 28 days. If your periods are shorter than 28 days, it is possible that you could have hit the fertile time. You will have to wait until you miss your period to get a pregnancy test. There is no way to tell if you are pregnant where you are in your cycle now.

Do pregnancy test: No one can tell you for sure based on the info provided. Do a pregnancy test and if negative, do another one in 2 weeks unless you start your period.

Spotting is common: Spotting is very common in the first few weeks after you start taking Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injections. It is expected to resolve in coming months. If it does not resolve then you should see your gynecologist for examination.

Likely Miscarriage: When a fetal pole and heart beat are not seen on early ultrasound, the ultrasound is usually repeated in one to two weeks. Given your bleeding, it is probable that you are experiencing a misscarriage. If you bleeding becomes more than 1 pad an hour or you have increasing pain, you should call your physician immediately.
