Depends on wound: there are a variety of wounds people can get. This depends on whether her wounds are open or closed, and can include things like inflamed blood vessels , skin disease like psoriasis, or even infections, calcium deposits, etc. She needs to see her physician and get this evaluated so it can be clarified. A dermatologist may be able to define what these wounds are.

More description plz: Please describe the "wound" in terms of what it looks like, which knuckle is involved. Is she into any type of physical or heavy labor? Does she use chemicals or other things that could be the cause of the cause of the "wound?"
