I have developed a weird pus-cum-blackhead type of pimple on my nose. please tell me what can i do to get rid of it overnight. it's really urgent.

No miracles . . .: Go see your Family Doc or Dermatologist. On rare occasions, s/he can lance boil & perhaps inject corticosteroid to minimize inflammation (although this isn't w/o risk). Bottom line, there's no pill to magically make it disappear overnight. Sorry!

Pimple: There is no magic solution to make it go away overnight but you could try a little antibiotic ointment on top
