Stress: Talk to your family, friends, counselor, religious leader, etc. Sometimes, all you need is a friendly shoulder or ear. If not enough, go see your Family Doc. Perhaps get a referral for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - just as good as many meds and w/o side effects. Avoid benzodiazepine medications which are too readily available to treat anxiety but highly addictive.
