Tremor: 20 year old gentleman with Type 2 diabetes since age 17 presenting with tremor in hands and legs. Taking any medication for your diabetes? Tremor in the setting of diabetes may indicate low blood sugar or hypoglycemia. When blood sugar is low your body releases hormones that raise blood sugar and tremor is part of this response as well. Get a full exam from MD for hypoglycemia and other causes.
