Sequencing: Typical migraine sequence is prodromal about a day, the migraine event and then postdromal activity lasting 1-2 days. Why do you want to go to ER, as is worst place period to deal with migraine issues, it is noisy, bright, stressful, and expensive, with only transient attention to headache, which is NOT viewed as life threatening.
