It Depends.: If you have Chronic Sinusitis then nasal rinse will help you. Steam inhalation and Echinacea may help you too. But you must talk to your ENT specialist. If you have allergic Rhinitis, Avoid the allergen ot using Antihistaminic will also help you. If you have Gluten or Milk Sensitivity then you avoid it and will hep resolve the Chronic Sinus congestion.
