Maybe but it depends: Feeling tired & sleepy can be symptoms of depression for which zoloft (sertraline) is an appropriate ssri class antidepressant. It's also appropriate to start at a low dose (25mg) and ramp up quickly in an attempt to minimize side effects. Not sure what your other question is in regards to.

Yes: Tired and sleepy may be part of the cold or the depression (or other reason you may be prescribed zoloft). Both make you more susceptible to common and temporary side effects. The increase is slow and suggests to me that your doctor is taking all things into consideration.
