Get a pedicure: Given the several callouses you have, you could really benefit from a $25 pedicure. A callous can create a bruise underneath it causing your described pain. There could also be a sliver underneath, and also a developing plantar wart. A pedicure will remove the callouses and uncover anything hidden, most likely a bruise from the callous itself.
