Sure: A prolapsed uterus simply means that it has dropped down lower than its standard and normal anatomic position. This does not affect any of the the functions of the uterus. There are many degrees of prolapse - some mild and irrelevant and some profound requiring surgery. The ability to get pregnant is unchanged.
