Complex headache: While cluster headache is probably the most likely cause, I can't completely rule out acute glaucoma or other causes with the info provided. I would need to know when it started, if you are having any vision changes, if this is your first or worst ever headache and any other symptoms. Please see your doctor and/or ophthalmologist today.
