My throat hurts very bad i don't have a fever how can i get rid of the sore throat and what do i have.

Many reason: sore throat without fever. could be viral infection ,the only thing you can do treat the symptoms, and gargle with salt and water, or fresh lemon and salt. it could be allergy, that causing posterior sinus drip and irritating the throat, you need to dry it up by taking zyrtec during the day and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night. drink hot water with lemon and honey. take a tablespoon of local honey from farmers.
