Talk to your OB: The lump under your arm could be breast tissue called the axillary tail of Spence which can become engorged or could be an abcess or lymph nodes fighting off an infection. The itching is likely to be a skin issue. Since you are pregnant but don't memtion how far along, it is difficult to narrow this down.Your OB is the one to best help with this. Call today.
