Please: Please see your Dentist for an examination. And as you are pregnant (congratulations) it is important for both you and your baby that your mouth remains free from bacterial infection. An examination will enable your Dentist to make a differential diagnosis and to advise you as to whether you need treatment or just observation.

It does not particularly hurt just red and a bit itchy. Its at the corners of the mouth more on the skin than on the lips. Cold sore and allergex cream does not work.
