Sinus pressure: Sinus pressure and sinus infections can cause theses. Is the pain localized to only a tooth or multiple teeth in the upper arches where your sinuses are? Do your teeth hurt when you turn your head quickly, bend over, or jump up and down, if so then likely sinus related issues. Try a nasal decongestant if congested or antihistamines/allergy meds. Pain at night: It could be a sinus infection, or it could be a dental issue: infected tooth, decay, fractured tooth or filling, teeth grinding or clenching. If there are no dental problems, see your medical doctor or an ENT specialist. If there is no sinus infection, report this to your dentist. Bruxism (chronic teeth grinding or clenching) and infected teeth and/or gums can cause tooth, jaw, head and ear pain.
