Sure: Stress/ depression may show on the face with frowning, unexpressive face, wrinkled brow etc. One way to counter this is to smile. Believe it or not, smiling can help elevate mood. Smiling requires the whole face - so you can't frown when you smile.

DEPRESSION: When you feel better you'll look better. 1st have a physical exam by a Dr. to know if you have a physical illness. If you are cleared consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM & a Psychiatrist for medication. Your fears & anxiety could be heightened because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe & hopeful to elevate your immune system.
