See a MD for exam: You need to see a MD for an exam that can differentiate "sweats" from peri menopausal issues , thyroid disorders, and infection.

Get examined: This could be purely a hormonal issue and that should be tested. However, there are several other things that could make you break out in sweats and these need to be addressed.
