Xantomas: xanthomas are a marker o familial hyperlipidemia..this places you at significant risk for future cardiovascular events and based on your LDL cholesterol number you should be on long standing statin therapy..unfortunately statin use is contraindicated in women of childbearing age and considered unsafe for use during pregnancy..if you are considering more children you need alternate therapy
