Can you tell me about it's like to take zocor (simvastatin) or similar cholesterol lowering drugs and experienced chronic cough 2 months later?

Go see your doctor: Zocor (simvastatin) & other statins are not associated w/chronic cough, at least not to same extent as ACE inhibitors, which are used to lower blood pressure and protect heart & kidneys. Statins are more commonly linked to unexplained muscle pain/weakness. Regardless, if you suspect that you're suffering from side effect, go see prescribing doc. Unrelated: Zocor (simvastatin) and other statins don't cause cough. Look for another cause.
