My 16month old has 101.3 fever and he is drooling a lot he doesn't want to eat normally ,fuzzy, crying,can't sleep right and it hurts him to swallow

Fever : You need to take him to his pediatrician. But at the mean time try to control the fever with tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen , lukewarm bath & keep him hydrated with small frequent sips of fluid, this could be a throat infection, viral illness or teething. His doctor will decide if he needs antibiotics or not, I hope he gets better soon. Good luck
