Wait & see: You did the right thing with applying cold compress. It remains to be seen whether you have 1st (pain & redness), 2nd (pIn, redness & blistering) or 3rd degree burn (loss of sensation). If 2nd or 3rd, then seek medical attention.

Unlikely: It would be important to know how big the burned area is and if you still have the ability to feel light touch in that area
