If you think it is a needle stick because you are around needles, you may want to contact your doctor to let them know for possible testing for disease. Otherwise, what you have done with cleaning is what there is to do; also watch for any redness in the area, apply an antibiotic cream like bacitracin (over the counter), and contact your doctor if redness/pus/swelling.
