See doctor. : It is likely that you have an abcess or an infection under you tooth. It is speading into your face as well as other parts of body. It is painful but also dangerous. It can lead to serious heath problems and death. You have to see a doctor. Go to see your dentist or physician or emergency care. Good luck.

Seek dental care: You need to see the dentist ASAP to avoid further complications. An antibiotic will help temporarily, but see your dentist now.

See a dentist ASAP: If you rely on pain killers or other not a definitive treatment, the pain and tooth infection always will come back. Dentist/oral surgeon will treat a tooth infection by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. Do not delay. See your oral surgeon ASAP. Good luck. Take some NSAID or Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC) for temporary pain management and when your able to see the dentist make sure you do.

Must Treat: An abscess is an area of infection, if it's in your gums, then it's an infection in your head! Do not think for a second this is not an issue; it is. You must have this treated ASAP, as this infection will locally destroy bone, adjacent teeth and spread to other areas of the body, causing damage in other organs and course throughout you entire body. See Dentist immediately and get Tx!

Nothing: You probably have an infection, and if so it will not self-heal. This can very quickly become quite serious and requires immediate intervention. Please see your Dentist. Do not put this off.
