Pain in your tooth means you need to have it examined and treated, regardless if you have insurance. Insurance almost always doesn't cover all of your costs anyway, so you still have to pay out of your pocket. Go see a trusted dentist in your area who can tell you what your problem is and how to fix it. The longer you wait the worse it will get and the more expensive it will be.

It's : It's doubtful that an abscessed tooth would kill you. However, an untreted infection can spread and can cause difficulty in breathing and other vital functions. You wouldnt let an infected finger linger. You need to have the tooth checked out.
