Lidocaine: This is fine to use if you are thin and have muscle pain. The penetration of the lidocaine is not very deep. IT will have no effect on the deep underlying nerves. Keep in mind that your insurance probably will not cover this as it is FDA labeled for PHN - INsurance companies are sticking to the label more recently with OBAMACARE in order to not pay and "save money" for their CEO's salary.
