? fungal infection: if it is localized to the vaginal area, could very well be fungal infection, as a side effact of the antibiotics you are on, kindly tell your doctors about it, and treatment is within reach, take care

Possible yeast: Antibiotic used will sometime cause overgrowth of yeast. Eating Probiotics or using Canestan cream may help. Otherwise see your doctor for assessment. All the best.
