Myokymia : Myokymia is a common eye condition resulting in eyelid twitching that typically occurs related to excessive amounts of caffeine, stress, and/or fatigue. It can be also related to having dry eyes. Typically this condition should resolve after attempting to reduce the common causes.

Dry eye: it could be 2/2 myoKymia or dry eyes. It is nerve over activation. Pls get a full eye exam. Try using artificial tears and heat pack over your eye if it will help.
