Computer work: Causes the blink rate to decreas substantially. Blinking is necessary to keep the tear film working to give you clear vision. The irritation from this may be why your eyes are twitching. Make sure you have the proper perscription especially if you have an astigmatism, use lubricating eye drops during the day. Take an occasion break from the close up work to relax the eyes.
