Benign myokymia: Typically this "twitching" can be provoked by fatigue, eye strain, emotional stress, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, and the eye issues are not the start of a dread disorder. See an eye specialist if this creates substantial distress for you.

Blepharospasm: Another possible cause of your symptoms may be that you're on the front end of BLEPHAROSPASM of the right eye. Making this diagnosis vs. myokymia or benign twitching can sometimes be tricky so best see a neurologist for help. There is very good treatment for BLEPHAROSPASMS (no so much twitching unfortunately). If you'd like a TELECONSULT call Parma Neurology @440.842.3816. Cheers!
