A member asked:

What can be done for staph infection without going to the hospital?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Staph infection: This bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus) is a bad actor and can produce superficial skin infections as well as life threatening systemic infections involving almost any area of the body. Without knowing what type of infection you have there is no way in which to advise you. Listen to your doctor and if they feel hospitalization is needed, do it. Best of luck.
