Look on the fine : print. Anything that says "pm" on it has diphenhydramine aka Unisom aka Benadryl in it. Yes it can cause false positives. Depends on test brand. It's used in pediatrics for allergic reactions, so it's fair to say the general medical population considers it safe *properly dosed* It is mildly habit-forming, but way less than doxylamine. Don't use combo products. Does she need ibuprofen in Advil PM?
